Don’t worry about paragraph length and the line spacing while writing your email message.

If you focus on those formatting issues, your writing process would be interrupted. It will take quite some time to get back the momentum and to get the ideas to flow again. Also pay no attention on the grammar or the spelling check.

4. Finish the first draft quickly and save it

Leave it there and don’t touch it for a hour or two. Come back and re-read it. Edit it with your fresh idea. Check the content to see if the ideas really present what you want to share with your readers.
